Last Monday, I took a day off to go out with my cousins. There were 3 of them. Rina, Samantha & Amanda. Well, its the school holidays and since Rina and I wanted to go ktv together so much.. we decided to bring along the little ones as well. Isn't it sweet of us? hahaha. Anyway, the 4 of us went to K-Box at Cineleisure. It was pretty fun, except it was not shiok enough because we reached there at bout 3pm. In between we had to changed to a smaller room and got to select our songs again. duh! Then after that, we had dinner at Burger King. I got the small pillow of Shrek 2. Pink in colour.. how nice.. =)

As for today... it is a nice day for me although it was my working Saturday. I managed to finish my work. After that, I went to meet up with Rina to have a haircut. We went to this I-Salon at Rochor Centre. The price is really reasonable. Cut, Colour, Treatment for $60. The cheapest I have tried so far. Of course the treatment is not those very good one lah. But the hair still feels kinda soft.

A young guy hairstylist did my hair for me. He is from Malaysia I think. Anyway, he is really funny or shd I say crappy... as I actually felt entertained. No.. Im not trying to sound mean. I mean he is a nice guy but the things he says is pretty lame at times. I brought a magazine to show him the style that I wanted. But then he said that the style only looks nice in rebonded/straight hair! (my hair had natural curls) Fine.. then i asked him to just trim my hair.

Then at the colour choosing part, I chose this dark violet colour which is only visible under the sun. Im pretty sick of brownish colour. Red and Blonde will somehow fade to brown and Violet/Purple is a new colour to me. But..... again.. he refused to let me chose that colour... he persuaded me and ask me to think thrice! (yah, I said thrice because he asked me to consider carefully for 3 times!!) Finally he said that the colour I chose is more for those aunties playing mahjong!! duh!!!!!
So in the end, I chose 1 of the colours he selected for me. Its kinda like dark brown colour. Im not complaining that he refuses to do what I wanted.. in fact, Im glad that he bothered to give his comments. There are many more silly things that he said.. which I wun be writing here as Im too lazy to type. Ask me in person lah.. will have a better "effect" also... haha

Oh.. after the colouring is done, he helped me to style my hair. He made a lot of effort to make my hair look permed like those kind of Japanese style of perm u see in magazines. It is a totally new look.. though it wun be there after I wash my hair. haha.. Nice hairdo.. but I couldn't stand my "hard" hair. With all the hair moouse, hair spray... gosh! He kinda sensed that I dun really like my hairdo and guess he felt rather sad? I feel bad leh.. like I dun appreciate his "creation". But the thing is.. I like the hairstyle.. just that Im not used to having "untouchable" hair.

Another thing I wanna say is that all this while in the salon.. I spotted the boss doing something silly. He is actually surfing friendster and clicking onto pictures of babes and writing messages to them...
I think he is really bored lah.. since he only sits there and collect $.




After the haircut, hung out at Bugis and had dinner with Rina. Had a really nice talk with her. I think I managed to pour out most of my problems/pressure that Im facing. We are really close when we were kids... playing silly things together. There was a period of time where we hardly talk. Right now, just hope that we can maintain this closeness.
